Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service establish the conditions, procedures, and rights and obligations between All In Ground (the "Service", allinground.com) and its members.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. Service: The live poker community platform provided by All In Ground (allinground.com).
  2. Member: A user who signs in via Google account to use the Service.
  3. Content: All information created by members within the Service, including posts, comments, and images.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendments)

  1. These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service's front page.
  2. The management team may amend these Terms and will notify members via announcements.
  3. Members who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service.

Article 4 (Registration)

  1. Registration is completed via Google OAuth authentication.
  2. Nicknames may only contain letters, numbers, dots (.), dashes (-), and underscores (_), and must be 3 to 20 characters.
  3. Registration may be denied or access restricted if false information is provided.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

  1. Members may create posts and comments and use the AI coach feature according to their grade level.
  2. Member grades are automatically assigned based on activity (posts, comments, likes, etc.).

Article 6 (Content Policy)

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be immediately removed and sanctioned:

Article 7 (Content Management)

  1. The management team may remove policy-violating content without prior notice.
  2. An AI moderator automatically reviews and blocks violating content.
  3. Violating members may receive warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Article 8 (Automatic Translation)

  1. The Service automatically translates content using Google Gemini AI.
  2. Translated content may differ from the original, and the management team does not guarantee translation accuracy.
  3. Members agree to their content being automatically translated into other languages.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. Members are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own content.
  2. Members are responsible for compliance with the laws of their region of residence.
  3. The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, including natural disasters and system failures.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. Disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  2. The Seoul Central District Court of the Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction.
